We also participate with many major insurance plans, including Advantra Freedom Network, Aetna Open Access, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas, Century Health Solutions, CIGNA, Coventry, Freedom Network Select and PPO, GEHA, Humana, Medicare, Multiplan, Preferred Health Professionals, Tricare, Tricare West Region (Administered by UHC), United Health and WPPA.
We are not enrolled in the Amerigroup, Sunflower Medical and KanCare programs of Medicaid.
We recommend that patients contact their insurance carrier directly to verify coverage and that Dr. Hobbs is a network provider for your plan.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We kindly ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged for a no-show or late cancellation.
